measuring western saddle gullet size
I want to measure my Western saddle for esophageal Product Efter heighth.?

It is difficult to explain in writing, but I will …. It is "somewhat" of Concho for BUT on the bottom the saddle concho try. Underworld – the Concho's Find the saddle fork. Measure the inside of the saddle fork. Measure across the front of the fork, inside inside. There should be two to four fingers wide space between the withers of the horse and the esophagus. Make sure that there is sufficient distance from the withers. Gullets, the cause too short, rub the saddle to the withers. If the esophagus is too large, the saddle to sit too low and rub the horse withers.
